Sae Kani

Certified TRE Trainer
Sae is a Japan-based TRE Global Certification Trainer. She has more than 15 years of experience working in Asia and the Pacific as a disaster management specialist. In the past ten years, Sae has worked as a TRE trainer, provider, and life coach, working with more than 1000 clients in Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, and Nepal. Aun Ali is an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the North American Association of Drug and Alcohol Counsellors (NAADC). He is one of the first two hundred therapists to be an Internationally Certified Addiction Professionals (ICAP), as recognized by the UNODC.

About Sae Kani

In 2011, following the Great East Japan Earthquake, she returned to Japan to support recovery efforts in the Tohoku region. She discovered TRE® in 2012 and became a certified provider in 2013. After the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, she spent a year in Nepal, offering trauma care and conducting TRE® training for local therapists.

In 2014, she obtained her Integral Coaching certification, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She integrates TRE® and somatic psychology into her coaching and counseling work, helping clients deepen their self-awareness and presence. She also regularly facilitates meditation and inner work retreats, guiding individuals in exploring the question, "Who am I?"
