As a TRE provider, I don’t simply bring a somatic tool into the space. At its heart, I bring a regulated and compassionate presence, a safe container where people can gently explore their own bodily responses, sensations, and experiences. I offer presence, curiosity, and space for each person to develop their own relationship with their body and its natural responses.

My role is to hold space where people feel safe enough to slow down, become more aware, and listen to the intuitive nudges and wisdom of their own body. I’m there to support a space where people can listen, notice, and discover for themselves.
