Sahar Muneeb is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy. Over the past several years, she has worked extensively with crisis management in hospital and clinical settings, supporting individuals and families through acute psychological distress, as well as guiding clients in healing childhood trauma and attachment wounds within a safe, regulated therapeutic space.
Sahar is a licensed EMDR therapist through EMDR Asia and holds lifetime membership within the EMDR professional community. Her clinical approach integrates EMDR, polyvagal-informed practice, and trauma-informed training from the Arizona Trauma Institute. She works with adolescents and adults internationally, focusing on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, anxiety, and relational healing.
